Job Description

Job Summary:The Office Boy is responsible for supporting daily office operations and ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained work environment. This role involves assisting staff with basic administrative tasks, handling office errands, and maintaining general office cleanliness and hospitality. Key Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms. Serve refreshments (tea, coffee, water, etc.) to staff and visitors. Assist in organizing and setting up meeting rooms before and after meetings. Handle document deliveries, photocopying, scanning, and filing as needed. Run office errands such as bank deposits, mail collection, or deliveries to clients/suppliers. Ensure office supplies and pantry items are stocked and report when replenishment is needed. Support administrative staff with basic clerical tasks. Assist visitors courteously and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Follow office security and safety procedures at all times. Qualifications & Skills:High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Basic understanding of office procedures and cleanliness standards. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Honest, reliable, and punctual. Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
