Job Description
Attending phone calls, greeting visitors, and guiding them.
Handling basic office tasks: filing, scanning, photocopying, and data management.
Assisting staff with daily office requirements and coordination.
Collecting and distributing documents, couriers, and parcels.
Visiting banks, outlets, and vendors for office-related work.
Supporting routine administrative activities and maintaining a neat office environment.
Key Requirements
Punctual, trustworthy, and responsible.
Familiar with city routes and willing to travel frequently.
Basic communication and writing ability.
Two & Four wheeler license preferred.
