Job Description

Experience: 1–3 Years (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping & Office Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office premises.
Ensure meeting rooms, workstations, pantry, and washrooms are clean and organized.
Handle basic office upkeep, such as dusting, mopping, and waste disposal.
Day-to-Day Office Activities
Assist staff with routine tasks and provide general support for smooth office operations.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry stock; inform the admin for replenishment.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document arranging.
Pantry Management
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the pantry area.
Outdoor & Bank Work
Visit banks for cheque deposits, withdrawals, DD, and other banking tasks.
Handle courier, vendor payments, and other outside work as required.
Pick-up and delivery of documents, parcels, and materials.
Mobility Requirement
Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Skills & Requirements:

Hardworking, punctual, and trustworthy.
Basic communication skills.
Familiar with local routes.
Ability to multitask and follow instructions.
Professional behavior and hygiene.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
