responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service to students, parents, and visitors. Greeting and assisting visitors, students, and parents. Answering phone calls, inquiries, and providing information about the institution. Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, etc.). Scheduling appointments and maintaining the calendar of events. Managing student attendance records and updating databases. Assisting with admissions and enrolment processes. Coordinating meetings, conferences, and events. Handling student and staff records, including maintaining confidentiality. Overseeing the maintenance of office equipment and supplies. Coordinating with relevant departments for repairs and maintenance. Managing room bookings and scheduling for meetings or events. Ensuring a clean and organized front office area. Providing information and guidance regarding academic programs, courses, and enrolment procedures. Assisting with student registrations, fee collection, and issuing receipts. Addressing student and parent queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Liaising with faculty and staff to ensure efficient communication. q
