Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will handle general office duties while also assisting with production-related tasks such as recording production time, monitoring costing, and checking stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain office records and documentation

2. Assist with day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks

3. Note production timings and update daily reports

4. Support costing and inventory tracking

5. Coordinate with the production team for smooth workflow

6. Ensure accuracy in data entry and stock records

Requirements:

1. Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheet)

2. Good communication and organizational skills

3. Attention to detail and accuracy

4. Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
