Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel. Maintain office filing systems (physical and digital). Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls. Order and manage office supplies and equipment. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Perform basic bookkeeping or data entry duties as needed. Support other departments with administrative tasks. Maintain office cleanliness and organization. Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
