Job Description

What you’ll do (Daily/Weekly):

  • Update study material/books (content fixes, version logs, references).
  • Do online research; create 1-page briefs with sources.
  • Maintain Excel sheets (tracking, cleaning, simple formulas, charts).
  • Manage calendar: schedule classes/meetings, reminders, follow-ups.
  • Draft/reply to basic emails & WhatsApp messages; keep inbox tidy.
  • Organize files (Drive/Docs), naming/version control.
  • Prepare small reports (progress, tasks due, research summaries).
  • Coordinate with teachers/vendors; collect status/requirements.
  • Create basic checklists, SOPs, and templates to speed up routine work.
  • Handle light personal errands (appointments, courier, stationery).

Must-have skills:

  • Strong Excel & Google Workspace, fast learner, detail-oriented.
  • Clear written/ spoken English/Hindi, professional etiquette.

Good to have:

  • Basic Canva/Docs formatting, comfort with PDFs/QRs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
