Job Description: MKE Group is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day office operations, administrative tasks, and outside office errands. Key Responsibilities: . Perform general office duties, including filing, maintaining documents, and ordering supplies. . Answer and screen phone calls; direct them to the appropriate person. . Greet and assist clients, vendors, and visitors professionally. . Coordinate and schedule meetings and make travel arrangements for the executive team. Track and manage office expenses. . Perform outside office work and errands as required. . Maintain cleanliness and organization of common office areas. Qualifications: Education: Minimum Graduation. Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communication and organizational skills. Professional demeanor and attention to detail. Dependable and punctual.
