Job Title: Office Assistant / Administrative Assistant Location: Rajkot, Gujarat Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office and help improve company procedures and day-to-day operation. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, mail). Schedule meetings and appointments, maintain calendars. Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems. Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents as needed. Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking. Order and manage office supplies and equipment. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors. Support HR and administrative functions such as onboarding and record keeping. Handle general office duties and support staff as required. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Experience with office management software (e.g., MS Teams, Slack, Trello). Knowledge of basic accounting and HR processes. Familiarity with office machines (e.g., printers, scanners, copiers).
