Office Assistant cum Office Boy

As a candidate for this position, your main role will be to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of administrative offices. Additionally, you will be responsible for arranging tea, coffee, water, and refreshments for staff, doctors, and visitors as needed. Your support will also be required by the HR and Admin teams for tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of administrative offices. - Arrange tea, coffee, water, and refreshments for staff, doctors, and visitors. - Support HR and Admin teams in document management tasks. - Handle indoor and outdoor tasks including delivery and collection of hospital documents, couriers, and supplies. - Assist in hospital events, meetings, and patient-related administrative functions. - Maintain a professional appearance and courteous behavior at all times. - Adhere to hospital protocols for safety, hygiene, and confidentiality. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in office maintenance and administrative support is preferred. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to communicate effectively with staff, doctors, and patients. - Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols. - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
