Job Title:

Office Assistant (Field Purchases)

Job Summary

two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving license

Key Responsibilities

Outside Purchase Duties

Visit suppliers, markets, and vendors to procure required materials.
Ensure timely purchase and delivery to the office or project site.
Compare prices, negotiate rates, and maintain cost-effective purchase practices.
Collect quotations, invoices, and receipts from vendors.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchase requirements.
Maintain accurate records of purchased items and expenditures.
Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.

Administrative/Support Duties

Assist with filing, documentation, and maintaining purchase records.
Support office operations when not on field duties.
Handle basic coordination via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Assist accounts team with submission of bills and payment follow-ups.

Requirements

Bike (Two-wheeler) is mandatory
with a valid driving license.
Minimum education: 10th pass / 12th pass (graduate preferred).
Prior experience in purchase or fieldwork preferred.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of local markets and vendors.
Proficiency in using mobile apps, WhatsApp, and basic MS Office.

Work Conditions

Field-based work with regular office reporting.
TA/DA or fuel reimbursement as per company policy.
Regular working hours; urgent needs may require flexible timing.
