The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively. Female candidates aged between 30-35 years are preferred. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally. Call & Email Handling: Answer and direct phone calls and emails efficiently. Office Coordination: Maintain office supplies, handle courier services, and ensure a well-organized workspace. Administrative Support: Assist with documentation, data entry, filing, and record-keeping. Meeting & Travel Arrangements: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel bookings for employees. Housekeeping & Facility Management: Ensure office cleanliness and coordinate with housekeeping staff. General Office Support: Assist in day-to-day office operations and other clerical tasks as assigned. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: 1-3 years in an administrative or receptionist role. Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory). Skills: Strong communication, MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook), and excellent organizational abilities. Personality: Professional, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented.
