JOB DESCRIPTION Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with real estate software and CRM platforms (e.g., MLS, Top Producer). Familiarity with document management systems. Soft Skills : Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving skills. Real Estate Knowledge: Understanding of real estate terminology, laws, and regulations. Experience with transaction coordination and document management. Knowledge of real estate processes (e.g., listing, sales, closing). Other: Customer service skills. Ability to handle confidential information. Experience with social media and marketing (a plus). Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. A positive and professional attitude. Responsibilities: Administrative Tasks : Managing schedules, appointments, and calendars. Drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining records. Coordinating meetings and events. Managing office supplies and equipment. Client Interaction: Welcoming clients, answering phone calls, and providing customer service. Handling client inquiries and resolving issues. Following up with clients and agents. Real Estate Specific Tasks: Preparing and posting real estate listings. Coordinating showings and collecting feedback. Assisting with the closing process. Maintaining client databases.
