Who are we looking for:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to support the smooth functioning of our school’s administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in school administration or office management, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with CBSE procedures, government compliance, and school management software is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functioning.
• Handle CBSE working and documentation processes, including maintaining accurate and timely records.
• Oversee State Government mandatory compliance requirements and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage EMIS and UDISE procedures for school reporting and compliance.
• Perform basic computer data entry and maintain accurate records using school management software.
• Coordinate communication between staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
• Support HR and finance teams with documentation and administrative requirements.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
• Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and schedules.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to institutional policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional training in office management or administration preferred.
• Minimum 1 plus years of experience in school administration or similar roles.
• Working knowledge of CBSE documentation and State Government compliance procedures.
• Familiarity with EMIS/UDISE systems and school management software.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data entry tasks.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and management while maintaining discretion.
• Fluency in English
