Job Summary

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing office operations, supporting office staff, and ensuring a smooth workflow. You will handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, organizing office events, and providing support to management and staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently and in compliance with company procedures.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, emails, and manage correspondence, both internally and externally.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for office staff and management.
  • Recordkeeping & Filing: Maintain accurate records and files, both digital and physical.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked at all times.
  • Support to Staff & Management: Provide general administrative support to team members, including preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure that the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Vendor Liaison: Communicate with external vendors and service providers (e.g., cleaners, IT support, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in an office administration or administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with office management software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting practices.
  • Experience managing office budgets and expenses.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
