We are looking for a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to handle back-office operations, customer communication, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare and submit offers to customers, follow up on submitted offers, track payments, and ensure smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities: Office Management: Maintain office supplies, handle correspondence, and ensure smooth daily operations. Offer Preparation: Prepare quotations and offers for customers as per company guidelines. Follow-up on Offers: Track submitted offers, communicate with customers, and gather feedback. Payment Tracking & Follow-up: Monitor outstanding payments, send reminders, and coordinate collections. Administrative Support: Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining customer databases. Communication: Respond to emails, calls, and inquiries from customers and suppliers. Coordination: Work closely with the sales and accounts team for documentation and order processing. Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in office administration or a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communication and follow-up skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Knowledge of sales support and payment tracking is a plus.
