Role Overview

detail-oriented and dependable Office Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile 

  petty cash

   for the office and project-related expenses.
• Record and organize 

  all financial outgoings

   related to builder projects — including vendor payments, labour expenses, and material purchases.
• Prepare 

  monthly and quarterly expense reports

   for management.
• Visit the 

  CA’s office

   every quarter to submit documents, file returns, and collect reports.
• Handle 

  basic banking activities

   such as cheque deposits, online transfers, and payment tracking.
• Maintain 

  digital and physical records

   of invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation.
• Assist in year-end coordination for audits, returns, and compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience:

   1–3 years in accounting or office administration (experience in 

  real estate, construction, or architecture

   is preferred).

• Education:

   B.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficient in 

  Tally, MS Excel, and online banking

  .
• Organized, reliable, and capable of handling multiple tasks independently.
• Fluent in 

  English and Hindi

  , with good communication and coordination skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
