One-liner about this role Job type: Full-time; On-site (Bangalore) Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough research to understand the product, target audience, and competitors of leading SaaS companies. Conduct backlink audits and develop effective Off-Page SEO strategies that outline the requirements, align with On-Page and Content efforts, and drive the growth of revenue-oriented KPIs (SQLs, SALs, Demos). Lead the execution of strategies to secure relevant and high-quality backlinks. Build value-driven relationships with existing and new backlink partners, journalists, blog content creators, and content managers. Maintain clear and consistent communication with backlink partners via email and weekly syncs to ensure the desired backlinks are secured. Collaborate closely with the On-Page SEO and Content teams to ensure seamless implementation of Off-Page SEO strategies. Maintain a backlink tracker that details month-over-month backlink growth and outlines its correlational impact on metrics like DR/DA, keyword rankings, and traffic. As an initial hire for the role, we re fully committed to your growth. We ll rely on your creativity and expertise to ideate and execute tactics to improve backlink diversity and quality. You will have the opportunity to create processes, playbooks, and build and lead an Off-Page SEO team that will help secure high-quality backlinks consistently. You ll be offered ample support and time to execute this effectively. About You You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B SEO (preferably Off-Page SEO) You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective communication with clients. You can clearly articulate the impact of our work on each brand s business and the importance of the services delivered. You have experience in outreach and content promotion to secure high-authority backlinks from reputable media outlets, blogs, and publications. You are comfortable using SEO tools like Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, and Google Analytics to track backlinks, perform competitor analysis, and monitor campaign performance. You demonstrate strong project management skills, handling multiple client projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work and adherence to deadlines. You possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively when addressing challenges and identifying new opportunities for clients. You can adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment, managing client expectations while delivering high-quality results. Experience working for an SEO agency is a plus.
