Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced OET Trainer to join our language training team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English language teaching and be proficient in preparing healthcare professionals for the Occupational English Test (OET). The trainer should be well-versed in all four OET modules and capable of delivering both online and in-person instruction. Roles and Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality OET preparation training for all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Design and conduct lessons tailored to healthcare professionals, focusing on relevant workplace scenarios. Develop and update course materials, mock exams, and practice sessions based on the latest OET format and guidelines. Provide detailed feedback and improvement plans for students, especially for writing and speaking sub-tests. Conduct one-on-one sessions, group classes, and mock interviews. Monitor student performance and maintain accurate records of progress and outcomes. Guide learners in improving grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication in a clinical context. Stay informed about updates to the OET exam structure, scoring, and preparation strategies. Support curriculum development and suggest improvements based on learner feedback. Encourage a positive and engaging learning environment. Preferred Qualifications: OET Certification or formal OET trainer training. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent. Experience working with healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, doctors). Prior experience with virtual classroom platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS tools).
