Position: Key Accounts Management Location Mumbai Reporting to: Manager Inside Sales Qualification: Any Graduate Experience: Min 8-10 yrs. in sales of Industrial manufacturing company Job Purpose: Person will be responsible for handling & executing entire sales operations of assigned Key Accounts. She/he will have to generate more business by up selling/cross selling. JOB RESPONSIBLITIES Key Accounts Management: - Responsible for smoothly handling all enquiries of assigned key accounts Timely follow up with key accounts for new inquires and orders Ensure arranging of timely quotations, negotiations and converting of orders Processing of sales orders, follow-ups for dispatch and timely delivery to customers. Arranging cost effective & reliable logistic service for timely delivery of customer orders. Ensure completely working through SAP for all type of sales operations with action update Responsible timely follow ups and collection of payments Preparing for monthly PPT for sales review meeting Periodically reporting on status of all task assigned New Business Development: - Identify competitors of key accounts from their respective industry / sector and generate leads Generating business through up sells & cross sells from assigned key accounts Responsible for generating business by converting maximum numbers of leads from sales inquiry and achieve quarterly targets assigned. Maintain excellent relations with all key clients as assigned and timely update of their records in SAP. Handling tender inquiries and quotes as per their terms & condition. Participation in Trade Exhibition as & when needed Other desired skills: Proficiency in English & verbal/written communication skill Good computer skills Eye for detailing Ability to multitask. Roles and Responsibilities: New Customer Acquisition: Identify and generate new customers to expand the company's market presence and drive business growth. Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, addressing their needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Sales & Business Development: Identify and seize new business opportunities, expanding the customer base for industrial products. Quoting & Negotiation: Prepare and provide competitive quotes, negotiate pricing and terms, and secure purchase orders. Product Expertise: Promote and offer a wide range of industrial products with customized solutions, including: Pneumatics: Pneumatic cylinders, grippers, safety chucks, air compressors, actuators, etc. Mechatronics: Industrial gas springs, aluminum profiles, couplings, rotary dampers, etc. Sensor Technology: Distance sensors, vision sensors, and related components. Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical support and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and order statuses in the CRM system. This position is primarily remote. However, travel to the head office in Bangalore may be required for training, team meetings, or project collaboration. Desired Candidate Profile: Personality & Skills: The ideal candidate should have a mature personality, excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial aptitude, and a strong drive to succeed. Industry Experience: Strong existing network and relationships in the Pneumatics and Mechatronics sectors are essential. Key Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for improving sales volume, expanding the customer base, and building long-term client relationships. Experience & Qualifications: Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in Pneumatics, Mechatronics, or industrial products. Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Languages: Excellent command of English , Hindi , and the regional language of the state. Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Key Attributes: Self-Initiative & Drive: Must possess a proactive mindset and the ability to take ownership of tasks. Customer-Centric: Focus on providing outstanding customer service and finding solutions that meet client needs. Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop sales strategies based on market analysis and customer requirements.
