Job Summary: As a Sales Engineer at Bar Code India, you will be the technical expert and trusted advisor to our customers, bridging the gap between their business needs and our advanced barcode and RFID solutions. You will work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, present product demos, provide technical support, and drive successful sales conversions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and provide customized technical solutions involving barcode scanners, printers, RFID systems, and software. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, explaining complex technical features in an easy-to-understand manner. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including system integration advice, troubleshooting, and training. Strong understanding of barcode technology, RFID systems, scanners, printers, and related software. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers. Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and product demonstrations. Preferred Skills: Experience with ERP/WMS/Inventory Management integration. Knowledge of industry standards for barcode symbologies and RFID protocols. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
