Role & responsibilities: OEM Channel Management: - Develop and execute the OEM channel strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. - Identify, onboard, and manage OEM partners, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create channel-specific campaigns, incentives, and enablement programs. - Monitor channel performance metrics, including sales pipelines, partner satisfaction, and market penetration. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with OEM partners to ensure profitability and alignment with company objectives. - Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities within the OEM ecosystem to maintain a competitive edge. Solution Architecture: - Design and architect end-to-end technical solutions tailored to OEM partner and customer requirements. - Collaborate with product development, engineering, and OEM partners to integrate company offerings into partner products or systems. - Provide pre-sales technical expertise, including solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and technical proposals. - Translate complex customer needs into scalable, cost-effective architectures that align with organizational capabilities. - Ensure solution designs meet performance, security, scalability, and compliance standards. - Act as a technical liaison between OEM partners, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues and optimize solutions.
