Position Overview: We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Odoo Functional Consultant who can take ownership of full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations across various modules. The ideal candidate must have in-depth functional knowledge of Odoo and should have handled implementation, client training, and post-go-live support independently. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and understand client business processes to identify how Odoo ERP can be leveraged. Implement and configure Odoo modules including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, and Project Management . Coordinate with development teams for customizations based on functional requirements. Conduct end-user training sessions and provide comprehensive documentation and user manuals. Provide functional support during testing, go-live, and post-implementation stages. Assist in data migration, system integration, and process re-engineering. Document workflows, gap analysis, and solution design. Respond to support tickets and resolve client queries related to Odoo usage. Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery of ERP solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–7 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant. Strong command over multiple Odoo modules: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Manufacturing, Project Management . Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and business process documentation . Hands-on experience in Odoo implementation, testing, and client training . Ability to work on multiple client projects independently . Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Knowledge of general ERP concepts and business process flows. Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Odoo Certification (if any) will be an added advantage. Prior experience working with SMEs, startups, or international clients .
