Odoo Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Odoo ERP solutions and custom modules. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business applications tailored to the client's or company’s needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and customize Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, etc.) Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements Design, code, test, and deploy new features in Odoo Create and maintain technical documentation Integrate third-party applications and APIs with Odoo Troubleshoot and debug Odoo applications Provide technical support and training to users Collaborate with functional consultants, designers, and other developers Required Skills and Qualifications Strong experience with Python and Odoo framework (v12 and above) Solid understanding of PostgreSQL , XML , JavaScript , HTML/CSS Familiarity with Odoo’s core modules and best development practices Experience in creating Odoo custom modules and reports Good understanding of business processes (e.g., Sales, Accounting, Inventory) Strong problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Odoo.sh and Odoo Online deployments Familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu server environments Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations Understanding of Agile development methodologies Odoo certification (preferred but not required) What We Offer Competitive compensation Flexible working hours Opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects Collaborative and supportive work environment Career growth and learning opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Location Type: In-person Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
