We’re looking for a visual content creator who can blend design, motion, video, and AI into scroll-stopping social media content. If you can turn ideas into visually addictive posts, reels, and ads — and do it fast — you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Do Create static and motion graphics for Instagram and other platforms. Edit high-energy short-form & long-form videos for campaigns, BTS, ads, and stories. Develop GIFs, animations, and motion assets that match Odd Not Even’s brand tone. Use AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to speed up ideation and production. Collaborate with the marketing team to bring campaign concepts to life visually. Maintain visual consistency while experimenting with creative styles and trends. What We’re Looking For 2–4 years’ experience in graphic design + motion/video editing for social media. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Strong understanding of digital content trends and visual storytelling. Hands-on with AI creative tools for image/video generation and editing. Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced, drop-driven environment. A portfolio that shows punchy, engaging social media visuals and videos. Bonus Points If You Have experience creating content for fashion or lifestyle brands . As we enter our next phase of growth and funding, we’re looking for a Head of Growth & Strategy - someone who can bring structure, data intelligence, and strategic clarity to our creative momentum. About the Role This is a cross-functional, high-impact role at the intersection of growth, analytics, and brand strategy. You’ll work directly with the founders to: Build a data-driven roadmap for growth and scalability. Analyze marketing performance, website metrics, and sales data to guide decision-making. Determine where and how to allocate budgets for maximum ROI. Forecast demand, optimize inventory, and identify data-led product opportunities. Proven track record of scaling a brand through data-backed insights and strategic planning. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Excel/Sheets, and dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio). Ability to connect creative storytelling with commercial outcomes. Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment with multiple moving parts. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
