Observability Architect

Job Description

Job Title Observability Architect Responsibilities 1. Define and implement the observability strategy and roadmap for the enterprise, aligned with the business objectives and the IT architecture vision.2. Design and develop observability solutions (Including Monitoring, Logging and Alerting), ensure end-to-end visibility into system performance, health, and reliability using tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus and Grafana 3. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the observability engineers and App developers, ensuring the quality and consistency of the observability solutions. This is while executing hands-on and having responsibility for delivery.4. Collaborate with the IT stakeholders, such as application owners, developers, operations, security, and governance teams, to understand their observability needs and requirements, and provide them with the appropriate solutions and tools. Also make them aware on implemented solution with knowledge transfer on usages.5. Evaluate and recommend new and emerging observability technologies and tools, and conduct proof of concepts and pilots to assess their feasibility and value.
