Job Description

Job Summary:

Microsoft 365 Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft 365 Administration:
Oversee and manage
O365 services
, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

Exchange Online Shell Scripting:
Utilize PowerShell to automate administrative tasks, manage mail flow, and optimize email security.

Basic HTML Scripting:
Implement minor UI/UX adjustments and email templates where needed.

Retention Policies:
Design and enforce
data retention and compliance policies
in line with business and regulatory requirements.

Mobile Device Management (MDM):
Implement and manage
MDM policies
to secure corporate data across mobile devices.

Security & Compliance:
Ensure Microsoft 365 security best practices, manage threat detection, and enforce compliance policies.

Collaboration & Support:
Work with cross-functional teams to optimize O365 services and provide expert-level support.

Qualifications & Skills:

10+ years of experience
in managing and administrating
Microsoft 365/O365 environments
.

Expertise in
Exchange Online PowerShell scripting
for automation and administration.

Knowledge of
basic HTML scripting
for email and UI adjustments.

Familiarity with
.NET development
(optional but preferred).

Experience in
designing and implementing retention and MDM policies
.

Strong understanding of
Microsoft security & compliance standards
.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, MS-203) are a plus.
