Department: Nutrition Business Development / Partnerships

Role Overview

  • This is an exciting and high-impact role for someone who loves building from zero to one.
  • You will shape Good Monks
  • Ecosystem partnerships with nutrition, dietitians, doctors, and healthcare institutions- creating advocacy, awareness, and
  • Adoption from the ground up.
  • Were looking for a self-starter who understands both nutrition and business growth. You may come from a nutrition
  • Background with strong business nutrition or from a sales/BD background with a real passion for health and wellness. Either
  • Way, you will be instrumental in building one of Indias most credible professional engagement programs in family nutrition.

Key Responsibili8es

  1. Strategy & Outreach

  • Define and lead Good Monks national engagement strategy for healthcare and nutrition professionals.
  • Identity target territories and scalable partnership formats across digital, retail, and institutional Channels.
  • Build lean, repeatable processes for outreach, onboarding, and enduring engagement (SOPs will evolve with growth).
  1. Business Development

  • Build a strong network of practicing nutritionists, dietitians, and healthcare partners who actively endorse or recommend Good Monk.
  • Translate relationship into measurable outcomes through advocacy, referrals, and events.
  • Lead nutritionist -focused engagement initiatives-sampling drives, webinars, clinic 5e-ups, and regional

Conferences.

  • Explore partnerships with hospitals, wellness studios, and nutrition consultancies with a clear goal of Growing the business.
  1. Nutrition Expertise & Enablement

  • Bring credible nutrition knowledge to all stakeholder interactions.
  • Train brand ambassadors and channel partners on Good Monks clinically proven benefits and brand Positioning.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Marketing to integrate nutritionnarra5ves into consumer communication.
  1. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with

    Marketing

    and Product teams to align professional engagement with brand growth Goals.
  • Channel field insights to improve product development and market fit.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or Allied Health
  • OR MBA in Sales/Marketing with proven experience in Healthcare, Nutrition, or FMCG.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in Business Development, KOL/Partnership management, or nutritionist Engagement roles.
  • Prior exposure to early-stage or high-growth FMCG/Nutrition brands preferred.
  • Proven ability to nurture professional networks and turn advocacy into scalable business growth.
  • Skills & Attributes
  • Solid understanding of preventive nutrition and the Indian healthcare ecosystem.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a balance of strategy and hands-on execu5on.
  • Excellent Communication , relationship building, and consultative selling skills.
  • High energy, adaptable, and driven by mission-led work.
