Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and onboard new customers including dairy farmers, retailers, and distributors. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and farmer meetings. Collect market intelligence related to demand, competitor activity, and customer needs. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely supply of goods. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Prepare daily sales reports and maintain records of field activities. Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cattle feed, agriculture, or FMCG sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Understanding of dairy farming practices and the cattle feed market (preferred). Ability to work independently and manage field operations effectively. Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
