Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain candidate records. Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs. 2. Attendance & Payroll Maintain daily attendance, leave records, and overtime details. Coordinate with accounts/finance department for monthly payroll processing. Handle employee queries related to salary, leaves, and deductions. 3. Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with labour laws such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other applicable acts. Maintain statutory registers and records as per the Factories Act and related laws. Liaise with government authorities and auditors during inspections. 4. Employee Engagement & Welfare Plan and organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs. Assist in grievance handling and maintaining employee relations. Support in performance appraisal and training programs. 5. HR Administration Maintain employee personnel files and HR database. Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, etc.). Support management in implementing HR policies and procedures.
