Job Description

Responsibilities * Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. * Monitor patient health, including vital signs, and report any changes to the healthcare team. * Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely. * Maintain accurate patient records and document all patient care activities. * Educate patients and their families about treatments, medications, and care plans. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. * Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and hospital safety guidelines. * Respond effectively to emergency situations. * Assist with the daily operations of the hospital, including inventory management. * Promote a positive work environment and foster teamwork. Requirements * Registered Nurse (RN) license with a valid registration to practice in Karnataka. * 0-15 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues, demonstrating empathy and professionalism. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Commitment to patient safety and adherence to safety protocols. * Attention to detail in administering medications and maintaining patient records. * Willingness to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
