Nursing Staff (BSc/GNM) for ICU, HDU, Emergency, NICU:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU, HDU, Emergency, or NICU
  

• Monitor patient vital signs and assist in the administration of medication and treatments
  

• Assist in emergency procedures, including resuscitation and life-saving interventions
  

• Perform routine nursing duties, including patient assessments, wound care, and hygiene management
  

• Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and medical staff in the care and treatment of patients
  

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring all medical documentation is complete
  

• Ensure infection control practices are strictly followed
  

• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing support and information as needed
  

• BSc Nursing

  or

  GNM Nursing

  from a recognized institution

• Valid nursing registration with the respective Nursing Council
  

• Proven experience working in ICU, HDU, Emergency, or NICU departments is an advantage
  

• Strong knowledge of critical care procedures and emergency response
  

• Excellent patient care and interpersonal skills
  

• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and handle emergencies efficiently
  

ICU Incharge:

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the ICU, ensuring high standards of patient care
  

• Lead and mentor a team of ICU nurses and staff, ensuring effective patient care delivery
  

• Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement treatment plans for critically ill patients
  

• Oversee the inventory of ICU equipment, medications, and supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked and maintained
  

• Ensure that all hospital protocols and safety guidelines are adhered to by staff
  

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for ICU nursing staff
  

• Monitor patient care and ensure timely interventions, especially during emergencies
  

• Ensure effective communication with patients families, keeping them up
  

• BSc Nursing

  GNM Nursing

  with a specialization in ICU nursing

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ICU nursing with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  

• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  

• In-depth knowledge of critical care, life support systems, and emergency procedures
  

• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
  

• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage a team effectively
