Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: 1. Staff Management: • Handle staff placements and replacements as per client requirements. • Coordinate with the HR team to ensure smooth transitions of staff. 2. Client Engagement & Follow-ups: • Regularly follow up with clients regarding ongoing services. • Gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction. 3. Document Management: • Upload and maintain medical documents and other necessary records. • Ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations. 4. Payment Collection: • Collect payments and advance payments from clients. • Maintain records of transactions and follow up on outstanding payments. 5. Length of Stay (LOS) Monitoring: • Track the length of stay for clients receiving services. • Communicate with clients to discuss service continuation or modifications. 6. Case File Updates: • Ensure all client case files are up to date with the latest service details. • Coordinate with internal teams to update records as needed. 7. Service Discontinuation Monitoring: • Check daily for any service discontinuation requests. • Ensure proper documentation and communication with clients regarding service termination
