Job Title: Nurse Educator Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Nursing Associate to contribute to the development and deliver a high-quality Nursing content for BSc/GNM Nursing students. The ideal candidate will assist in creating Nursing curriculum Plans, Content Development, Inputs on Video, coordinating webinars and workshops with interdepartmental Teams. This role requires a strong Teaching and Clinical nursing background preferably MSc Nursing with excellent communication skills, and a passion for Exploring New Hights in nursing education. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the Development and Review of Nursing educational content including PPT, videos and student notes, for the nursing curriculum. Ensures the content is accurate and aligned with curriculum objectives. Reviews existing materials and provides suggestions for improvements and also implements the updates to maintain content for the continuous quality training program Delivering interactive sessions, and ensuring all contents are aligning with the latest guidelines from the Indian Nursing Council (INC). Develop the supplemental learning materials, including quizzes and assessments, to support nursing students. Delivers webinars and guest lectures on nursing topics and Plays a major role in Coordinating the schedules and assist in execution of webinars, workshops, and live sessions by Engaging the students during webinars and clarify the concepts, answer their queries Collaborates with interdepartmental teams to plan and executes educational content materials for shoots Conduct pre-shoot reviews to ensure alignment with educational objectives and nursing standards. Perform nursing procedures in clinical or academic settings, adhering to hospital or academic protocols. Required Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills. Excellent content creation and review capabilities. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Ability to deliver engaging webinars and guest lectures. Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Educational Qualifications: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Nursing. Proven experience as a registered nurse with Teaching and hands-on experience clinical expertise. Preferred Experience: Prior experience in nursing education, content creation, or webinar coordination. Experience in creating educational materials for nursing students.
