Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and qualified Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, assisting with medical procedures, and ensuring a safe and clean healthcare environment. Nurses play a vital role in patient recovery, comfort, and support. Key Responsibilities: Monitor patients’ health conditions, record vital signs, and report changes to the medical team. Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and medical procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts. Provide pre- and post-operative care as needed. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication usage, and general health management. Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for patients. Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide appropriate care. Assist with wound care, IV therapy, catheterization, and other nursing tasks. Follow all healthcare regulations, hospital protocols, and infection control procedures. Requirements: Diploma or degree in Nursing (GNM / B.Sc Nursing). Valid nursing license/registration (as per local/national regulations). Proven experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy, patience, and a caring nature. Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions. Basic computer skills for maintaining digital records (if applicable).
