Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration. Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians. Provide wound care and assist in various diagnostic and treatment procedures. Catheter care,catheter change. Collaborate with doctors, medical staff, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans. Educate patients and families on health conditions, medication, and self-care practices. Document and maintain accurate patient records, including medical history, symptoms, treatment, and progress. Assist in coordinating patient admissions, discharges, and transfers. Respond to emergencies and provide first aid or life-saving interventions when needed. Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA). Support patients with mental, emotional, and physical needs to promote overall health and recovery.
