Job Description

Technical Responsibilities: Obtain and document pre-dialysis and post-dialysis vital signs, weight, and temperature Continuously monitor patients during the dialysis process, responding to any changes in their condition and notifying the Incharge/physician/nephrologist immediately Initiate and terminate dialysis treatments, ensuring proper hemostasis Assist nephrologists and physicians during procedures and surgeries within the center Respond appropriately to dialysis-related emergencies, providing necessary interventions and care Administer prescribed medications and injections, maintaining accurate records of all treatments provided Provide intravenous infusion therapy for patients, both on and off hemodialysis implement patient care plans under the guidance of nephrologists, physicians, and dieticians Adhere to precautions and infection control policies within the dialysis unit Administrative Responsibilities: Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of patient records and care provided Ensure the center meets all regulatory requirements and remains survey-ready at all times Promote and assist in maintaining a safe, clean working environment, including routine care and cleaning of equipment and emergency medicine trolleys Manage the stock of consumables and medications, preparing monthly stock reports to ensure adequate supplies.
