This role is responsible for the management of all Front Desk operations, incoming project inquiries & new lead generation. Roles and responsibilities · Identify, communicate and act on potential sales leads. · Propose / Negotiate project budget & timelines. · Schedule daily projects & ensure on time deliveries without compromising on the quality. · Have a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both customers and colleagues. · Maintain high team focus by showing cooperation and support to creative team in the pursuit of daily project goals. · Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance operational procedures in the studio. · Positively dealing with client requirements and communicate them to creative team. · Make sure all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively while assisting on the floor during peak periods each day. · Monitor financial targets to evaluate the department’s performance and make future plans.
