Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for outbound calls, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to customers to sell insurance products, such as life insurance, health insurance, and general insurance.
2. Understand customer needs and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet their requirements.3. Meet monthly sales targets and maintain high-quality sales standards.4. Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly.5. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support and operations, to ensure seamless customer experience."
