Roles and Responsibilities Manage supplier relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and contract management. Conduct market research to identify new vendors and products that meet customer requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product development, pricing, and inventory management. Analyze sales data to optimize purchasing decisions and improve profitability. Desired Candidate Profile 3-7 years of experience in electronics manufacturing industry or similar field (NPD). B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or relevant discipline from a recognized university. Strong understanding of CRM principles for effective customer relationship management. Proficiency in Market Research & Trend Analysis for informed decision-making.
