About Novaestar Solutions: Novaestar Solutions Private Limited is a fast-growing distribution and solutions provider serving major quick commerce and e-commerce platforms in FMCG and Pharma industry serving Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, Big Basket, Flipkart Minutes, Amazon, Flipkart etc. Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage order processing and logistics for our key quick commerce and e-commerce partners, including Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, Big Basket, and Flipkart Minutes. This role involves end-to-end coordination of purchase orders, inventory management, dispatch planning, and last-mile troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: Process purchase orders (POs) for quick commerce and e-commerce platforms: Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, Big Basket, and Flipkart Minutes. Perform sanity checks on received POs against master data to ensure accuracy. Allocate inventory and check stock availability to fulfill orders in a timely manner. Book appointments with portals for order pickups/deliveries. Coordinate outbound dispatches with the warehouse team, ensuring timely execution. Track courier shipments, resolve unloading and delivery issues at the customer’s end. Update and share courier Lorry Receipts (LRs) internally to keep stakeholders informed. Qualifications & Skills: ✔ Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. ✔ 2–4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or quick commerce operations preferred. ✔ Strong knowledge of inventory processes, dispatch coordination, and order management. ✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with portal teams, couriers, and internal warehouse staff. ✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, order management systems, or ERP tools. ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage priorities effectively.
