This role involves end-to-end coordination of purchase orders, inventory management, dispatch planning, and last-mile troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: Process purchase orders (POs) for quick commerce and e-commerce platforms: Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, Big Basket, and Flipkart Minutes. Perform sanity checks on received POs against master data to ensure accuracy. Allocate inventory and check stock availability to fulfill orders in a timely manner. Book appointments with portals for order pickups/deliveries. Coordinate outbound dispatches with the warehouse team, ensuring timely execution. Track courier shipments, resolve unloading and delivery issues at the customer’s end. Update and share courier Lorry Receipts (LRs) internally to keep stakeholders informed. Qualifications & Skills: ✔ Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. ✔ 2–4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or quick commerce operations preferred. ✔ Strong knowledge of inventory processes, dispatch coordination, and order management. ✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with portal teams, couriers, and internal warehouse staff. ✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, order management systems, or ERP tools. ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage priorities effectively.

The role involves managing daily order fulfilment for FMCG products across Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit, BigBasket, ensuring accuracy, and cost efficiency in every shipment. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end outbound processes — picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch. Ensure on-time delivery SLAs for quick commerce orders. Coordinate with 3PL and hyperlocal courier partners for pickups, rate negotiations, and performance tracking. Optimize dispatch efficiency, reduce RTOs, and maintain system accuracy across WMS / OMS platforms (Shiprocket, Unicommerce, EasyEcom, etc.). Drive key metrics: dispatch accuracy, delivery TAT, and cost per shipment. Qualifications & Skills EXCEL skills is must.
