Role & responsibilities 1. Invoicing ( Error free Billing to Customer) - Invoicing based on planning, Distribution activities (Receipts and dispatches). Loss calculation and actions. Sending DDR to concern without fail.2. Checks and Inspection - Pre Trip, Post trip Inspection. Check Data Logger. Evaluate & approve transport bills as per agreement.3. Inventory Accounting4. Cost Controlling5. Sales, A/R , A/P and GL Reporting.6. Database Management7. MIS Reporting8. Manage Plant Accounting including vendor booking, CAPEX and Project Accounting.
