Job Description: You will be joining our team as a Non-Voice Process Executive, where you will be responsible for handling backend operations, data entry, email/chat support, and other non-verbal communication tasks to ensure smooth business operations and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries through email, chat, or ticketing systems (no voice calls required). - Perform data entry, data verification, and record management accurately. - Manage and update customer information in databases or CRM tools. - Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues. - Analyze and prepare reports based on customer interactions or business requirements. - Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security at all times. - Meet productivity and quality targets consistently. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (any discipline preferred). - Excellent written communication skills in English. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer operations. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Prior experience in BPO/KPO or back-office support is an added advantage. Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of CRM software or ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce). - Basic analytical and problem-solving skills. - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (if required).
