Address customer concerns, inquiries, and requests efficiently while maintaining a positive experience. Issue Resolution : Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues effectively through chat interactions. Provide accurate information and guide customers to resolve technical or service-related problems. Product/Service Knowledge : Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the companys products, services, and policies to assist customers with relevant and accurate information. Assist customers in navigating products and services and offer troubleshooting advice when necessary.
