Job Summary

Non-Voice Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR department with daily operations and coordination activities.
  • Handle employee documentation, record maintenance, and data entry accurately.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including candidate communication and document verification.
  • Coordinate with staff and management for HR-related queries and updates.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and organize reports, letters, and other HR-related documents as required.
  • Assist in payroll and attendance-related documentation, if needed.
  • Communicate effectively in

    Telugu, Hindi, and English

    for internal coordination and employee interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in

    Telugu, Hindi, and English

    (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
  • Prior experience in HR coordination, administration, or documentation will be an added advantage.
