Process: Conectar Location: Loma IT Park (Ghansoli) Role & responsibilities: Role: Engage with patients via chat, providing timely and accurate responses on healthcare services, medical information, and appointment scheduling. Disseminate clear and concise information on health conditions, treatments, and procedures, ensuring privacy compliance. Resolve patient concerns, escalate complex cases to healthcare professionals, and ensure follow-up on unresolved queries. Responsibilities: • Engage with patients via chat, providing timely and accurate responses on healthcare services, medical information, and appointment scheduling. • Disseminate clear and concise information on health conditions, treatments, and procedures, ensuring privacy compliance. • Resolve patient concerns, escalate complex cases to healthcare professionals, and ensure follow-up on unresolved queries. • Maintain patient confidentiality and data security in compliance with HIPAA or relevant regulations. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accuracy in the information provided. • Monitor chat queues and manage multiple conversations simultaneously. • Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records for future reference. • Provide empathetic and compassionate service to all patients.
