Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Ensure timely fulfilment of staffing requirements. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Provide a positive candidate experience and timely feedback. Stay updated with industry trends and hiring best practices. Manage client relationships and ensure alignment with hiring needs. Requirements: 3-5 years of non-IT recruitment experience, specifically in ITES/BPO/BFSI domains roles. Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills. Experience in client handling and managing recruitment expectations. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in recruitment tools and social media platforms.
