Key Responsibilities:
•Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior, mid-level, and entry-level roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
•Utilize various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific networks, to attract a diverse candidate pool.
•Conduct interviews and assessments, ensuring that candidates meet both technical and cultural fit requirements for the steel manufacturing environment
•Leverage a range of sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, job fairs, employee referrals, and industry events, to build a strong pipeline of talent.
•Monitor key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality) and report on progress to senior leadership.
•Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide regular updates to candidates regarding their application status and interview feedback
