Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple domains.
Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidate fit.Coordinate interviews and collect feedback.Maintain updated candidate pipelines using ATS tools.Support offer rollouts, onboarding, and candidate documentation.C2H hiring experience will be a strong plus.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Excellent sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work under deadlines with multiple mandates.Familiarity with ATS or hiring tools preferred.good to have knowledge or experience on operational requirements Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
