About the Role

Fullstack Lead Developer / Architect

Mandatory Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture.
• Strong proficiency in

  Node.js

  and

  Next.js

  .
• Expertise in

  PostgreSQL

  and database design for web applications.
• Proven experience with

  CMS

  tools such as

  Strapi

  or

  Keystone

  .
• Solid hands-on experience with the

  AWS ecosystem

  — Cognito, Lambda, ELB, CloudWatch, etc.
• Working knowledge of

  CI/CD tools

  and deployment automation.
• Strong grasp of

  application security principles

  and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and efficient web applications.
• Lead end-to-end development — from backend logic to front-end integration.
• Define database schemas and manage Postgres-based architectures.
• Integrate and customize CMS platforms such as

  Strapi

• Implement and manage applications on
